Lunges - forward and back (1 foot stays in place)
Push-ups - one foot in both cradles (2 x 10 each foot)
Sgl arm row with twist
Jackknife w/ feet in cradles (pike raise on last set)
I's Y's and T's
Handstand walkout (hold)
