Shoulder it!

Shoulder Press
10-8-6
40kg-50kg-60kg

4 rounds, rest as needed between rounds
8 Arnold press 17.5-15-17.5-15kg
8 Push press @40kg
8 Rear delt flyes @2x7.5kg

4 rounds of
Battle rope (while partner completes high pull)
10 Hang snatch high pull

3 x 12 Seated shrugs @50kg on hex bar

30-20-10 with a partner
Battle rope (alternate arms then both together)
