Press to handstand in straddle (floor and bench)
Hip touches in chest-to-wall handstand
Strict HSPU starting from freestanding headstand (back close to wall)
WOD:
3 x 3 Deadlift @110kg
For TIME (in pairs - Sam & Naty):
50 DB burpees @15kg
