Plyo Pop-up Sauna

5 Plyo pull-ups
6 Single arm press @20kg on bosu (flat)
1 x 22 push-ups on bosu (flat)
1 x 1 min iso hold chin over bar
then:
NZ pop-up sauna
went in at 8pm for a few 15 min stints broken up by plunges in 15 deg harbour
