Max Overhead BB Press
70kg (R arm came up slow)

Max weighted pull-up (overhand)
30kg (felt good)

Take a DB 40% of max press weight and perform single arm seated press to failure
28kg
R = 2
L = 0
strange as right arm felt weaker on BB press

Max overhand strict pull-ups
