This WOD is for TIME and you do 1 followed by 2-1, then 3-2-1 etc until the round of 12 like the Christmas song.

7   walking lunges each leg
8   sit-ups
9   RDLs (Romanian/Straight legged deadlifts)
10 double unders
11 KB swings @ 16kg
12 ring dips
