then 5 rounds of:
10 KB deadlifts @ 2 x 16kg
10 KB front squats @ 2 x 16kg
10 HSPU (head on abmat)
then 100 double-unders

HSPU let me down ... again! Time after 100 du was 1.51, then after 5 rounds was 15.20
