Post Open Blues

Still on the theme of no overhead work, no open movements (bar dls), and some single arm / single leg movements thrown in...


WOD:
5 x 5 Split squat   32-36-36-36-36kg (2 DBs)
6 x 4 Deadlifts @ 125kg
5 x 5 DB bench press @ 24kg 
5 x 5 1 arm DB rows @ 24-32-32-32-32kg
